I would come back anytime

We have been looking at a lots of hotels before deciding and we made the very good decision finally. If you want to visit Egypt and want to relax in a friendly, clean, beautiful and all-wish-comes-true environment, you do not need to look for an other one. Lots of services, entertainment programs and various dining possibilities made our stay unforgettable. All the people we met were extremely friendly and helpful and just made our stay more enjoyable.

Great service and well maintained facilities

Spent couple of nights in Sunrise Royal, service was top notch, Ms Azza has been checking in on us since reservation till checkout, landscape was really nice, room was quite comfy, good variety of food with good quality as well, perfect drinks in all bars, Aqua park was average, beach is one of the best in makadi, quite sandy with almost no rocks or stones. Special thanks for Mr Kino from animation team who try to make your days always better with lots of fun and Chef Ahmed who serves the best breakfast pancakes and waffles.

Room was 10 min walk from beach, however golf cars are available if needed, aqua park is average and needs improvement

Everything was great, we loved our stay and even had to extend for one more night.

Only negative comment would be the lighting in the rooms, it would be much much better if the lighting was changed to warm light, this would make a huge difference.

This is definitely the nicest hotel I have ever been to. I only can recommend it to everyone. It is extremely clean, good location, people are very very friendly and helpful. No wishes stay unnoticed and reacted. Food is excellent, service is perfect. Karem, our room attendant is particularly precise and committed to make our room clean and spotless.

Everything was amazing. The food, the facilities and the staff was super helpful, they want to really make the guests happy. The family bunk bedrooms are spacious and comfy, yet a bit far from the sea and the restaurant for older people and the building had constructions at the back, it wasn't noisy though. There are 3 heated pools.

Great all inclusive option for families visiting the Red Sea!

So much to do, especially for families. The entertainment team was great!

The rooms/bathrooms were a little dated and the nighttime shows needed work. The best one was the fire show.

A cosy place to have a nice hurghada stay

It was located in a nice bay which is protected from wind. It has a nice sandy beach. There are many pools. Some of them are heated but in january because of wind anyway water was still cool. Room was spacious and comfortable. I liked all alacarte restaurants and staff was very friendly and caring.

Only as location, it was far to Hurghada and except taxi there is no other public transport to go to city center. Taxi ask around 15-20 Euro for one way. Because of this also shops inside the hotel are expensive.

Usually, the opinion about the hotel is formed by the service. The service at this hotel is perfect! The reception is attentive, polite, quickly responds to requests, they took into account the wishes of placing two rooms in the building closest to the sea. The cleaner in the room is polite, attentive to details. Bartenders make cool cocktails. The waiters are always polite, smiling and remember what a specific guest usually orders. A very cool team of animators: so cheerful, active, responsive. Guys, you are well done️! Sports almost all day (aqua aerobics, yoga, zumba, bocce, volleyball, etc.) Cool evening animation! I really liked the foam party and the festival of colors. Very cool️! The hotel has 8 a la carte restaurants. We managed to visit 5. The restaurants are all good, but I would especially like to mention the restaurants of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine - they are perfect! The territory of the hotel is quite large, there is a water park, heated pools, there is an "adults only" zone both by the pool and on the beach. And the most important thing for me is the sea. A wonderful wide clean beach with perfect sand and an entrance to the sea. Lots of sunbeds, comfortable clean mattresses, wide straw umbrellas, wind barriers! I really want to return to this hotel! Thank you for a week of fun️!

The Staff was Super friendly and nice in every way possible and very helpful The Beach was amazing and clean and had good service They had a very large selection in variety of food and the food was delicious Alot of activities for kids - aqua park , kids soft area , kids pool , theater and animation show Animation Team was amazing
